Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Nestari (nestari.io) collects when you use the AI room design tool and why.

Photos and designs

When you upload a room photo, we store it so the AI can redesign it, and we store the designs you create so you can view and download them. We do not use your photos or designs as public examples, and we do not sell them. Please don't upload photos that show people or private documents.

Guest sessions

You can try Nestari without an account. To prevent abuse we run a Cloudflare Turnstile check and create a guest session tied to a random identifier stored in your browser. If you later sign in with Google, the guest session's remaining credits and designs move to your account.

Accounts

If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google to create your account. We use your email for account and billing messages only.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number; we keep a record of what you bought and your credit balance.

Analytics

We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies, to count page views and product events such as uploads and finished designs.

Your browser

We store your session token, guest identifier tracking IDs for accepted designs, and a list of your recent designs in your browser's local storage. Clearing site data removes them.

Deletion and contact

To delete your account and its photos and designs, or for any privacy question, email support@nestari.io.
